Blake Boudier

Blake Boudier is a third-generation Realtor with more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Blake specializes in helping homeowners navigate both traditional home sales and more complex situations such as:

• Divorce property sales
• Short sales and distressed real estate

Born and raised in Sacramento, Blake attended Jesuit High School before earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Santa Clara University.

Having grown up in a real estate family, Blake began working in the industry at a young age and developed a strong foundation in real estate marketing, negotiation strategy, and client service.

In 2018, Keller Williams International selected Blake to help lead their flagship Keller Williams office in Austin, Texas, where he also served as Luxury Director supporting more than 50 luxury agents who collectively sold over $250 million in luxury real estate annually.

In 2021, Blake returned to Roseville, California with his fiancée—now wife—to join his father Paul and help lead Knowledge Real Estate Group, focusing on helping homeowners throughout Placer County, Sacramento County, and El Dorado County to maximize the value of their homes.

His goal is always to ensure clients sell with confidence and achieve the strongest possible outcome.

Outside of real estate, Blake enjoys spending time with family and dogs, and his hobbies include investing, poker, and golf.
