Blake Boudier is a third-generation Realtor with more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in residential home sales, strategic marketing, and high-level negotiation.
Born and raised in Sacramento, Blake attended Jesuit High School before earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Santa Clara University.
Having grown up in a real estate family, Blake began working in the industry at a young age and quickly developed a deep understanding of market strategy, client service, and real estate marketing.
In 2018, Keller Williams International selected Blake to lead the flagship Keller Williams office, where he also served as Luxury Director. In this role, Blake coached and supported more than 50 real estate agents who collectively sold over $220 million in luxury real estate.
In 2021, Blake returned to Roseville, California with his fiancée—now his wife—to join his father Paul and help lead Knowledge Real Estate Group, focusing on helping homeowners throughout Placer County, Sacramento County, and El Dorado County maximize the value of their homes.
